Jeanne joined KPMG Beijing Office in 1996. She is a member of Chinese Securities Regulatory Commission's sixth Review Committee for the Merger, Acquisition and Restructuring of Listed Companies, and is one of the first batch of senior members of CICPA and a member of Rights Protection committee of the BJCPA. She is also the member of CPPCC of Dongcheng district, Beijing and part-time professor of KPMG Class of Beijing Jiaotong University.

Jeanne has broad experience in providing audit and advisory services to domestic and multinational corporations, including listed and private groups in Mainland China.

Jeanne mainly works with power, energy, industrial, property and infrastructure clients.  She has extensive practical experience in assisting China enterprises, both state-owned and privately-owned, in raising funds through initial public offerings (IPOs) of shares on stock exchanges in the PRC and overseas.

She has been the engagement partner on engagements for state-owned enterprises and privately-owned enterprise listing on the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited (HKSE) and the A-share market. Jeanne is highly trusted by clients for her professional knowledge and services provided to the companies in solving the complicated issues during and post their IPO process.

Jeanne has solid knowledge of both PRC accounting standards and International Financial Reporting Standards. She has been invited to deliver training courses to a number of listed companies, HKSE, government bodies and universities.
