They say change is the only constant – we make value constant too.

Organizations across the globe are attuned to the urgent need to transform their business and operating models, in light of evolving customer behaviors, disruptive technologies, regulatory policies and globalization. KPMG’s “Clarity on Transformation” points to three critical factors that make the difference between transformations that realize optimum value and those that come up short — capabilities that enable customer focus, continual innovation and agility.

We surveyed more than 1,600 executives from multinational companies in 16 countries and found that 96 percent of organizations are in the midst of business transformation planning or execution. Over two-thirds had started or completed a transformation program in the past two years. At the same time, less than half of the business leaders say they can realize sustainable value from transformation programs on their own.
