For the second time KPMG has conducted a Cyber Security Maturity survey of Swiss companies. The survey’s aim was to better understand how Swiss companies are meeting the challenges of cyber security. This year’s Clarity on Cyber Security shows that a number of ‘classic’ challenges in cyber security are still valid, although a range of new challenges are emerging on the horizon: Swiss companies are underestimating the cyber risks associated with the Internet of Things. They are still not working together enough on digital security and lack a complete understanding of the threats involved. A significant number of Swiss firms risk falling by the wayside.
