New information and communication technologies have a growing impact on business models, value chains and customer behaviors and businesses are finding themselves forced to adapt to the new circumstances.
KPMG has conducted a survey on this topic in Switzerland. The results reveal that technology-related issues are increasingly topping the agendas of executive management, which lead to embedded digital initiatives in existing business, IT and marketing strategies to create corporate added value.
