The cost of capital study presents current developments in preparation of budgeting and deriving capital costs.
This year's study concentrates on innovative and disruptive business models. The article entitled "New Business Models - Risks or Rewards" shows how digitalization and internationalization in particular influence the performance and risks of both, established and new business models.
Furthermore, the study sheds light on the importance of quantifying corporate strategies in the context of portfolio management.
Representatives of 276 companies in Germany (216 companies), Switzerland (30 companies) and Austria (30 companies) participated in the study, underlining its relevance for the practice once again.
