This year our focus lies on the topic of compliance management which remains highly important in light of increasing regulation worldwide.
Jean-Pierre Méan, Attorney-at-Law and member of the Advisory Board of Transparency International with broad experience on the subject of corruption, anti-bribery and compliance will share his insights. He will elaborate on the responsibility of the board in these matters, what needs to be done when faced with corruption and how to deal with third-parties.
