The focus of Philipp Zuend’s work is on advising financial institutions regarding tax-driven regulatory issues as well as on individuals in the disclosure of their undisclosed assets. As a topic expert for the Automatic Exchange of Information (AEoI), he is intensely engaged with the AEoI and the corresponding challenges for financial institutions.
Philipp leads several mandates regarding the implementation of the AEoI in banks and insurance companies and also supports fiduciaries, asset managers and individuals on all aspects of the AEoI. As a member of the Regulatory Competence Center, he works closely with KPMG's specialists for financial market law and KPMG’s Legal practice. Before he joined KPMG, Philipp worked for a Swiss private bank and a large Swiss law firm.
