Nicole Willimann studied at the University of Freiburg and has been admitted to the bar since 1997. Prior to joining KPMG in 1998, she worked at a local law firm. She advises high net worth individuals on almost all aspects of their personal needs. She advises international private clients in all aspects of wealth planning, including cross border successions, wills, matrimonial property and inheritance agreements as well as estate administration and executorship. She advises in both international and domestic contexts. She is experienced in the field of international structures incl. trusts and foundations and has a special focus on philanthropy. In addition, Nicole has in-depth knowledge in advising family owned businesses and Family Offices regarding all legal matters and has broad experience in (international) contract / lease and labor law and she advises Swiss and foreign clients in almost all corporate legal matters. As a local lead partner, Nicole is also the key contact for all issues of her customers in the region Central Switzerland.
