Christian Kehler

As Head of Human Resources, Dr. Christian Kehler is responsible for all staff-related matters at KPMG AG. Christian joined the company in 2014 as Head of HR Marketing & Recruiting and was later put in charge of further departments as Deputy Head of HR and then as Chief of Staff. In 2018, he was appointed Head of Human Resources. At the international level, Christian serves on the KPMG Europe, Middle East & Africa Steering Group.

Prior to that, Christian gained valuable experience in different sectors and held the rank of managing director of an IT consulting firm in Switzerland just before joining KPMG. He has a degree in industrial engineering, an Executive MBA and recently earned a doctorate from the University of Erlangen-Nuremberg.
