Director, Global Mobility Services
Michelle Gulrajani is a Director in Global Mobility Services and leads our Global Mobility Transformation practice. With over 10 years’ experience in Global Mobility, she helps large multinational clients review, design and transform their global mobility programs to achieve their broader business and people objectives. Michelle’s extensive experience includes assignment management, program and policy design, mobility effectiveness reviews, mobility budgeting and cost reduction initiatives, new location builds, talent management strategy, technology implementations, operational optimization, mobility training and change management. In addition, she has expertise in providing cross-border tax advisory services to help clients manage their mobility program.
Prior to relocating to Zurich to rejoin KPMG in 2016, Michelle led the EMEA mobility team in London for a top US investment bank where she worked for more than 5 years. She has worked primarily with financial services and pharmaceutical companies and began her career at KPMG in London.
Michelle qualified as a Chartered Tax Advisor and a Chartered Accountant in the UK and has a 1st class degree in Economics and Accounting from the University of Bristol.
