Dietmar Dold is a Partner in the Swiss firm’s Consulting Division leading the Business Transformation Practice. He works shoulder to shoulder with his corporate clients to help develop and realize their strategic and financial objectives and is passionate about enabling clients to learn to thrive on change, focus on the customer and embed a culture of continuous innovation. He and his team work hands-on to connect strategy with execution by co-creating, aligning and implementing the required business and operating models, organizational culture, and change capabilities in order to achieve higher value from the transformation.
Dietmar has 28 years of client experience, holding various positions and functions including 17 years in P&L responsibility. Since joining KPMG in 2012 he has led a wide range of engagements across various sectors including Manufacturing, FMCG, Aviation, Tourism, Healthcare and Pharma. He built up the Performance Practice in Auckland (New Zealand) and the Supply Chain and Lean Transformation Practice across the 10 ASEAN countries before relocating back home to Switzerland, where he has been managing the Business Transformation Practice since 2016.
