After his Ph.D studies in business administration at the University of St. Gallen, Thomas Bolliger started his professional career in 1992 in the Telecom start-up “XMIT”. After two years he transferred to STG Coopers & Lybrand, where he built up the "Engineering and Outsourcing» unit. 1997 Dr. Bolliger became a member of the management. Following the merger of Coopers & Lybrand with Price Waterhouse, Dr. Bolliger became a partner in the newly emerged company PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC) and took over the service line "business process outsourcing" in Switzerland. He became EMEA Partner and was responsible for the e-Business Practice within the EMEA BPO service line until 2001, when he left the company and founded the Dr. Bolliger Consulting (DBC), in Baar, Switzerland. There he has performed domestic and foreign mandates for various well-known Fortune 500 and mid-market companies. In 2015, Thomas Bolliger moved to KPMG, where he has taken over the Information Governance and Compliance Team, which enables customers to get and stay legally compliant with all the different data protection regulations and requirements.
