On October 14, 2014, Québec Lithium Inc., QLI Métaux Inc., RB Energy Inc. and Sirocco Mining Inc. (collectively, the "Petitioners") filed a motion pursuant to the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act (the “CCAA”) before the Commercial Division of the Quebec Superior Court of the District of Montreal (the “Court“).

The Court granted a Limited Initial Order on October 14, 2014 under the CCAA for a stay of proceedings against the Petitioners until October 15, 2014. The Court also appointed KPMG Inc. as Monitor of the Petitioners. On October 15, 2014, the Court granted an Amended and Restated Initial Order which, amongst other things, extended the stay of proceedings against the Petitioners to November 13, 2014 (the "Stay Period").

On October 29, 2014, the Court granted a Second Amended and Restated Initial Order. Then on November 13, 2014, the Court granted an Order which, amongst other things, extended the Stay Period to April 30, 2015.

On May 8, 2015 the Court pronounced two orders which terminated the CCAA proceedings and appointed Duff & Phelps Canada Restructuring Inc. to act as receiver to the property of the Petitioners.
