Mining in Peru - New environmental regulations (KPMG & PCCC co-hosted event)

Hosted in cooperation with the Peruvian-Canadian Chamber of Commerce (PCCC) in Toronto, this session focuses on the changing regulatory environment for mining companies in Peru, including Senace, Peru’s new agency in charge of assessing EIAs for mining projects, Senace’s results during its first year of operations, as well as its plans for 2017. The session will provide a first-hand perspective from guest speaker Patrick Wieland, Executive Director, Senace.
