Ian Wilshaw

Ian is a member of the Transaction Services practice in Canada. He has specialized in transaction services and due diligence-related work for over 20 years, and focuses on providing independent information and advice to help companies in various industry sectors maximize shareholder value. Ian’s experience includes corporate transactions (acquisitions, disposals, IPOs), work for private equity providers and due diligence for debt providers. He has a broad perspective, having worked with a large number of Canadian corporations on domestic transactions, purchasers investing outside of Canada, and Canadian companies listing overseas.
