Robert Sutherland is a Partner in KPMG's Global Infrastructure and Projects Group. Rob has over 30 years of experience with KPMG involving development of business plans and related financial models, restructuring assignments and the delivery of infrastructure through alternative service delivery mechanisms. The past 16 years have been primarily dedicated to infrastructure as an asset class including advising public sector clients on all facets of infrastructure development, procurement, financing and asset management in a wide range of sectors including: Roads, Airports, Ports, Marine Ferry Services, Gaming, Healthcare, Schools, Natural Gas Distribution and Electricity Generation. In addition Rob has led KPMG teams in undertaking due diligence associated with the acquisition of infrastructure assets by pension plans in many sectors including: Toll Roads, Water Utilities, Ports, and Electricity Transmission.
