Justin Park has over 12 years of Canadian corporate tax experience with KPMG, with the last 9 years devoted to advising large public and private real estate enterprises, privately-held construction conglomerates and foreign and domestic funds investing in Canadian infrastructure and real estate. Justin advises on taxation issues associated with the effective structuring of domestic and international real estate and infrastructure operations, tax-advantaged acquisitions, disposition and financing strategies, corporate reorganizations as well as the structuring of renewable energy investments. He has significant experience advising clients on tax-structuring of public-private partnership (PPP, P3) project investments, and working with financial advisors during the bid-phase on the development (and review) of financial model tax assumptions. Recently, Justin has shifted his focus to the firm’s KPMG Enterprise practice, which is dedicated to assisting entrepreneurial clients and private companies with all facets of the financial matters surrounding their businesses.
