Adil is a Partner in the Cybersecurity & Privacy practice for KPMG in Toronto, where he leads the Team for the Strategy & Transformation. Adil focuses on providing strategic advice to organizations, assisting them to better manage their risk as it relates to information security, cyber security and technology risk.

Adil has assisted several large institutions to transform their information security, cyber security and technology risk functions and elevate their profiles to be seen as valued partners of the business. He is respected and regularly sought after by clients to articulate complex risk concepts in ‘Plain Language’ to client Executives, Boards and Audit Committees to influence change and obtain buy-in.

Adil has provided information security and technology risk consulting services to clients in Canada, US, Asia and Europe. He has experience advising clients on several regulatory and industry frameworks including: NIST CSF, NYDFS Section 500, OSFI cybersecurity guideline, Basel BCBS 113 (Compliance), 195 (Op Risk) and 196 (Op Risk), ISO 27001/2, PCI DSS, SOX, SAS70/SSAE-16 and ISF Standard of Good Practice.
