Sandy McBride has over 30 years of experience in business transformation, enterprise architecture, I&IT planning, solution delivery, information management, business management, performance management, and business improvement. He has managed many consulting assignments in the areas of large-scale business transformation, strategic information management and information technology planning, development of business, data, application and technology architectures, business intelligence, business re-engineering, systems analysis, design and implementations and I.T. organization re-design. As KPMG’s National practice leader in enterprise architecture, planning and transformation methods, Sandy has specialized in developing and applying enterprise architecture, business transformation, performance management, information engineering, and information management principles and methods in a pragmatic and effective way in both the public and private sectors, on large transformation initiatives. Sandy’s specialization is particularly applicable to initiatives involving alignment and integration, both from the business process perspective (aligning processes and accountabilities) and from the technical perspective (focusing on data integration and system interoperability).
