Pamela is a partner who has 22 years of experience delivering results in advancing gender diversity in the talent pipeline and at the leadership level. She brings a unique understanding of the challenges and opportunities women and their organizations face in addressing gender and non-gender diversity gaps. She works with clients to develop and help execute inclusion and diversity strategies based on a methodology that is rigorous, data-driven and measurement-focused.
Pamela is best known as the founder of Women’s Executive Network (WXN) in 1997, Canada’s Most Powerful Women: Top 100 Awards in 2003 and the Canadian Board Diversity Council (CBDC) in 2009. She is a subject matter expert on ‘Comply or Explain’, authoring five OSC and Industry Canada submissions and speaking at the OSC. In 2012, Pamela was the only resident Canadian named as a charter member of Fast Company Magazine’s League of Extraordinary Women which recognized 60 women globally, including Hillary Clinton and Melinda Gates.
