Jason Gaiotto

Jason is an audit Partner in KPMG’s Building, Construction and Real Estate practice, which is a group of audit, tax and advisory professionals dedicated to this space. Jason has over 15 years of public accounting experience working on various local, national and international private and public companies with a sector focus on real estate that also includes hospitality, seniors housing and Public Private Partnerships (P3s) sub-sectors. Jason is well versed in US GAAP and IFRS, as well as public company filing requirements in Canada and the US. Jason has worked on a variety of due diligence engagements and has significant experience with IPO and secondary offering engagements in the real estate industry. Additionally, he has also had direct involvement with many advisory services for real estate clients, including operational and internal control reviews, risk management and financial reporting projects.
