Shauna Forret

Shauna is a Tax Partner in the London office and have been with the Firm for 18 years.Her client base largely consists of privately-held companies but she is also responsible for foreign owned multi-national corporations and publicly listed companies. Shauna provides a range of services including tax advisory, innovative tax solutions, compensation planning, acquisition and divestiture structuring, and compliance. She has experience with tax accounting and reporting under both ASPE and IFRS. As a result of her involvement with multi-national corporations, she has dealt with cross border transactions, tax efficient repatriation of funds, FAPI, and foreign reporting requirements.
