Wayne is a partner in our Technology Risk Consulting practice in Ottawa, with over 18 years of internal audit and information technology audit experience. Wayne has significant experience leading and coordinating IT advisory engagements for government, non-profit and private sector organizations to assess their IT control environments, deliver IT internal audit services, and advise companies regarding best practice requirements of IT controls and regulatory frameworks.

Wayne has served Federal Government, Public and Private Companies with Technology Risk Consulting services, including IT Assurance (CSAE 3416 SOC 1, IT internal audit and Agreed Upon Procedures involving IT), and IT advisory services.  Wayne has also assisted clients anticipating an Initial Public Offering to  establish an IT controls environment program that is efficient and manageable year after year. Wayne has been instrumental in advising each of these clients on the control implications of new and planned systems, leading IT scoping discussions and documentations, and educating IT teams on SOX 404 and 52-109 requirements.
