Gordon has over 25 years of professional experience and provides a wide range of transfer pricing, tax planning and compliance services. He has advised many on various transfer pricing matters, in particular: Canada-US-OECD transfer pricing planning and compliance; Canada Revenue Agency’s and Internal Revenue Services’ transfer pricing audit defence; Mutual Agreement / Competent Authority procedures; and Advance Pricing Agreements. Prior to joining the Vancouver Transfer Pricing team, Gordon spent six years with KPMG’s Canadian Corporate Tax Services group and five years in the Audit practice. With his tax and accounting background, Gordon understands the challenges of implementing and administering transfer pricing within a company’s tax and accounting systems. Gordon frequently speaks on transfer pricing issues, and has presented in Vancouver for the BC Institute of Chartered Accountants, China SAT Tax Authorities and Lorman Education Services, as well as for CCH in Hong Kong. He has also written numerous transfer pricing articles.
