Greg R. Caldwell

Greg is a Partner in our Calgary audit practice, focusing mainly on serving domestic and international public and private oil and gas clients. Greg started with KPMG in 1997, received his chartered professional accountants’ designation in 2000 and was promoted to partner in 2007.  Greg is also a quality reviewing partner and a Canadian securities reviewing partner in the Calgary office.

Greg has been with the firm for over twenty years, having extensive experience with both domestic and international private and public companies in the energy sector. Greg has worked with numerous junior and intermediate oil and gas companies assisting with accounting and auditing services.  Greg’s involvement with several active and dynamic clients, in addition to his securities reviewing partner role have afforded him with considerable experience with private placements, prospectuses, corporate reorganizations and going public transactions.  Greg is also experienced with SEC / SOX engagements.   Greg believes in frequent, ongoing and regular communication to ensure any issues are proactively addressed in a timely manner.  Greg is an accredited IFRS reviewing partner
