Liette Bates-Eamer is an Audit Partner with KPMG. She has been serving clients in Victoria since 2004. Liette has significant experience in providing audit services to public sector and not-for-profit organizations and has strong technical skills in the public sector, managing engagements both large and small in scale.

Liette’s practice is focused predominantly in the not-for-profit and public sectors. She is familiar with the accounting and auditing issues that face the public sector. Liette has been a KPMG People Leader in the Victoria office since 2010. This role entails the coordination and oversight of the performance management process, activities in the areas of development and recognition of staff. She has also taken an active role in recruiting. Liette Chairs the KPMG Victoria Diversity Committee which has contributed to the local office over the years hosting events and training as they relate to diversity matters. More recently, as leader of this Committee Liette facilitated a Parents Network established to share experiences and resources for maintaining a family life while working at KPMG.
