Kevin also serves clients in transaction-support roles, including tax due-diligence and tax structuring. Kevin works with private companies and owner-managed businesses across a wide variety of sectors, including technology, manufacturing and real estate. Kevin also provides public company clients with tax compliance, planning, and tax accounting support.
