KPMG is a partner and speaker of the Eastern European Dispute Resolution Forum (EEDRF) that will unite lawyers from all over the world for a few days in order to discuss key topics related to dispute resolution in international commercial arbitration and state courts. This year’s event is organized under the slogan «Know your expert!».

EEDRF will take place during 20-21 September 2018 at the Minsk Marriott Hotel and this year the main topic of the event is "Experts and expertise" with the following issues under consideration:

• choice of experts and novel services they may provide

• use of experts by the parties in the most efficient manner

• experts from the Tribunal’s perspective.

SPEAKERS AND PROGRAMME OF THE FORUM

More than 25 speakers have confirmed participation, among them KPMG Partner Egor Misiura, Risk Consulting in KPMG Russia and the CIS, covering the topic: “Forensic accounting experts: when investigation is required to get to loss quantum”.
