KPMG in The Bahamas is pleased to announce the launch of its Women’s Mentorship Program.
KPMG in The Bahamas Mentorship Program
The KPMG Women’s Mentorship Program is open to women of all ages in the last two years of their bachelor’s degree program at any tertiary institution in New Providence. Enrollees from all bachelor’s programs are welcomed.
The mentorship program aims to cultivate, empower and inspire future female leaders by equipping them with the fundamental soft skills required to excel in the workplace. This is an exciting training and development opportunity for women looking to build soft skills and foster lifelong relationships with industry professionals.
The mentorship program culminates with a welcome reception on 29 June 2018 where participants will be paired with their mentors. The program will last for a period of 12 months over which mentees will be exposed to group workshops, one on one sessions and ongoing regular contact and guidance from KPMG mentors.
Participation in the mentorship program is free to accepted applicants. There is a limited number of available mentee spaces.
Interested individuals may apply by completing and submitting the application form. The application can be downloaded (PDF 0.2MB) or collected from the reception desk at 5th Floor, Montague Sterling Centre, 13 East Bay Street.
Completed application forms must be submitted to the offices of KPMG at 5th Floor, Montague Sterling Centre, 13 East Bay Street or emailed to firstname.lastname@example.org by 5pm on 15 June 2018.
Selected individuals will be notified of their acceptance by 25 June 2018.
