Augusto is the Head of the Global Strategy Group in Brazil, and responsible for the Latin American network of strategy consulting practice. As a partner for KPMG in Brazil, Augusto works with CEOs, top management teams and investors on high value and complex strategy issues and opportunities relating to growth, operating strategy, cost, transformation and deals. With a strong entrepreneurial spirit, he is the founding partner of KPMG's Strategy business in Brazil and has a successful record of helping clients tackle strategy challenges from design through implementation. Augusto is also an M&A specialist, from deal strategy to transaction execution and transformation situations focusing on corporate clients and financial investors. Augusto has published thought leadership and press commentary on strategy and direct investment issues, and spoken at leadership events around the world.
