Data Privacy Training

KPMG are holding training sessions that are designed to fulfill the training needs of staff involved in ongoing data privacy compliance.

In advance of the implementation of the Personal Information Protection Act (PIPA), KPMG is pleased to invite you to its new curriculum of Data Privacy training events.

Industry Specific Privacy Officer Training

These advanced training sessions are designed to fulfil the training needs of newly appointed Data Privacy Officers, but the content is also relevant to all staff involved in ongoing data privacy compliance. They are designed for individuals who have existing knowledge of the relevant Bermuda and European Data Privacy

Topics to be covered include, but are not limited to:

  • Bermuda Privacy legislation and guidance note updates;
  • Responsibilities of a Data Privacy Officer;
  • Building a robust Data Privacy framework; and
  • Responding to Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs).

The session is interactive, making use of voting technology and audience Q&A.

$200 per attendee.
