Business Systems Analyst

Location: Sofia

Our client, Dundee Precious Metals Inc., is a Canadian based, international gold mining company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, development, mining and processing of precious metals. The company is looking to recruit: Business Systems Analyst (Ref: BSA)

This operations focused professional will work with and will support the management to analyse the opportunities for improvements in processes and systems in alignment with the business needs and priorities.

Key tasks:

  • Maintain and keep up-to-date the DPM Enterprise Architecture Framework in ARIS, including Business, Information and Application architectures
  • Perform analysis of business processes, identify areas for improvement and support changes implementation in conjunction with business process owners
  • Support management in adopting common systems and standards, performing GAP analysis and devising road maps to achieve the “to-be” models
  • Report to management on changes implementation and status of work on projects
  • Prepare communication and training materials.

Qualifications requirements:

  • University degree in Economics or Engineering
  • Understanding of main business processes in a mining or manufacturing company
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role
  • Knowledge of large ERP, MOMS or MIS
  • Experience in project or change management
  • Hands on experience with automated tools for process modelling and project management
  • Good command of English
  • System thinking and problem solving skills
  • Strong organizational and team working skills.
