Our “listening strategy” comprises our annual people surveys and other reviews that we conduct throughout the year and forums where we have two-way discussions and feedback. Our people can comment on anything of interest to them, including leadership, client service, colleagues, training and personal development. Then at KPMG we make decisions on people initiatives informed by feedback.
