KPMG in Bulgaria has supported the Sofia High School of Mathematics through a donation of 20 computers and other equipment to help improve the school’s information technology infrastructure.

Three young outstanding talents from the Sofia High School of Mathematics – Hristo Venev, Emiliyan Rogachev and Hristo Stoyanov, recipients of numerous medals and awards from international competitions in mathematics and informatics, and the school’s headmaster Antoni Stoyanov were guests at KPMG’s Annual Meeting on 13 October 2014.

The students shared what it felt to be world champions placing Bulgaria well ahead of established nations on the mathematics map. Their achievements are impressive and their stories touched the hearts of everyone at KPMG.

Gergana Mantarkova, KPMG in Bulgaria Managing Partner, addressed the young medalists, “We are all proud of what you do. We wish that you will be able to combine your talent with needs of society, to solve problems in the context of what would be of benefit to all.”
