transfer pricing guidelines developed by OECD form the cornerstone of local legislative
Although the transfer pricing guidelines developed by OECD form the cornerstone of local legislative requirements in many countries, companies must comply with the variants of local legislation in the countries in which they operate. Local tax authorities are increasing their efforts to examine transfer pricing issues more closely and to strengthen requirements through local legislation, including documentation requirements.
How KPMG can help

The aim of this guidance is to improve transparency for tax administrations and to increase certainty and predictability for taxpayers. More information in this respect can be found on the BEPS Homepage and on the KPMG BEPS Page.
