An international research that KPMG carries out yearly amongst eight hundred stock market listed enterprises has shown that almost 60% makes no mention in its annual report of the risks the company faces due to cybercrime.
One out of four companies devotes at least one paragraph in their annual report to the measures they take in order to protect the organization against cyberattacks. Only 20% of the investigated companies considers cyber security as a responsibility of the Board of Directors.
