With the approval of the proposed law on flexible work (where and when you work) and flexible salary the topic is more current than ever. But concretely, how do you implement a program like this as employer. How do you deal with this as manager? What are the implications from a fiscal and judicial perspective?

These are some of the questions we will address during our Flexible Rewards Seminars presented by our in-house experts.

Flexible Salaries

Flexible salaries is more present than ever. But why should you, as a company, get involved? How do you make sure to find the right fit for your company culture? What are the advantages for your employees? What are the advantages for you, as an employer? What’s the best way to communicate and implement ‘flexible salaries’? Join us on Tuesday 25 April 2017 in Antwerp for a session focused entirely on Flexible Salaries.

Flexible Work

During this session, which takes place on Tuesday 30 May 2017 in Gent, you will have a chance to learn all there is to know about flexible working hours, annualized working time and career saving. Additionally, we will share insights on the fiscal and parafiscal implications all of this brings. From a management perspective, we will advise you on the best way to roll this out successfully. How to manage your people based on their productivity rather than the hours they spend in an office.
