I am a Partner with extensive experience in financial audits, including group audits and audits of internal controls of companies in both the industrial and consumer markets, in accordance with IFRS, US GAAP and BE GAAP. My industry knowledge in different sectors such as information technology, manufacturing, steel, media, real estate, oil & gas, leasing, retail, chemicals, pharmaceutical and healthcare is highly regarded, as is my analysis and advice to clients. I have gained experience in carrying out various non-audit engagements including due diligence, consolidation, valuations, business combinations, SOX.
