I am curious about what drives and motivates people in their jobs. For me, finding this job is a first step, but what comes after is even more important: a person's continual development and improvement. I started my career in 2011 in Recruitment & Selection as a head hunter. In May 2014 I made the switch to KPMG and now work on more diverse aspects of HR like recruitment, selection, development and HR projects. I am intrigued by everything that is related to HR, which is why I am passionate about what I do at KPMG.
