This is an important moment in your career. Show us you have the skills, aspirations and experience we’re looking for and you’ll join a diverse community of bright minds at KPMG. We’ve designed an application process to support you in showing us your best.
We’ve outlined what to expect below.
Stage 1 Application online
You will need to detail your academic background, any work experience and also discuss your motivation to work at KPMG. Click here to begin the application process.
Stage 2 Knowledge and English Tests
If you’re successful in your initial application, you’ll be asked to take both a Knowledge and English test lasting 80 minutes. Candidates complete tests at our Office premises.
Stage 3 Assessment Center
Stage 4 HR Interview
Following the tests, you’ll go through an interview which should last approximately 45 minutes. This will be with one of our recruiters and will focus on our Global Behaviours.
Stage 4 Manager Interview
Manager from the department to which you are applying will focus on the key competencies but also reiterate the learning curve of working and studying for professional qualifications as individuals who have experienced the process and as performance managers to current staff.
Stage 5 Partner Interview
Interview with a Partner from the function to which you are applying is based around our key competencies. The Partner will be looking to fully understand your career motivation at this stage.
