Stanislav has been working in KPMG Corporate Finance department since 2011, when he joined KPMG Russia & CIS.
Stanislav has more than ten years of experience in corporate finance. He mainlyspecializes in business valuation, debt advisory, tangible and intangible asset valuation. His recent projects include advisory services for acquisition, collateral, fundraising and IFRS purposes. During last five years he primarily focused on Transportation, Power & Utilities, Energy and Natural Resources (coal mining and oil upstream) and Heavy Engineering Industries. Apart from that he had several business valuation projects in Medicine, Real-estate, Construction and Timber, Pulp & Paper production industries.
Stanislav participated in the following feasibility study projects: preparation of a financial model and a business plan for Tuva Energy Industrial Corporation engaged in development of Elegest coal deposit, construction of rail road (400km) and sea port for fund raising from VTB and Fund of National Wealth; preparation of a financial model and a business plan for downstream line of business of a leading world Oil & Gas company for fund raising purposes.
In August 2015, Stanislav joined KPMG Azerbaijan as a head of Corporate Finance practice. During this period he was engaged as a leader in fixed assets valuation projects for Aztelekom and BTRIB, preparation of business plans and feasibility studies for cement and concrete plans of Akkord Corporation, valuation of two refinery plants in Albania, synthetic diamond producing plant in Russia and metal roof producing company in Azerbaijan.
Now Stanislav manages preparation of 5-year Business Plan for Azerbaijan Railways Closed Joint Stock Company in association with DB International GmbH under supervision of World Bank.
