Backed by the global power of Advance and KPMG Australia, elevate61 is a unique program designed to help entrepreneurial Australian companies enter new markets and accelerate their growth overseas.
Applications for elevate61 were received from across Australia and New Zealand covering sectors as diverse as industrial design to education to cloud based technology and waste management. The participants were selected following a thorough selection process which included a review of their application and video submission and a panel interview that comprised established entrepreneurs, startup investors and members of Advance and KPMG Australia.

In this program startups learn from some of Australia’s best business minds on how to overcome cultural nuances, tackle complex business challenges and transform into a globally sustainable company.
The program provides mentorship, education and access to an established premium network of Australian and US corporations, investors and entrepreneurs. Following 12 weeks of learning and inspiration, elevate61 participants fly to the United States for the opportunity to meet with potential customers and investors.

elevate61 is the culmination of the experience gained from Advance’s two previous innovation programs combined with KPMG Australia’s vast experience supporting and working with entrepreneurs and other accelerator programs. elevate61 reflects the strategic alliance with KPMG Australia and the new focus on helping post seed funded enterprise startups to build sustainable global businesses.
Advance's innovation programs assisted Australian startups to grow globally from Australia with 30 participating startups securing investment in Australia and 22 percent of participants secured strategic partnerships in the US following the program.
