The AICD, in collaboration with KPMG, has developed the Directing Growth Program to assist business owners develop a roadmap for growth.

The Directing Growth Program assists business owners develop a roadmap for growth.

The Directing Growth Program is a 12 month blended learning program, designed for owners and directors of mid-sized businesses to explore new opportunities and strategies to achieve sustainable growth.

The middle market, dominated by privately owned and family owned businesses, represents the engine room of our country's economy employing nearly a quarter of working Australians and contributes almost 40 percent of business revenue.

Recognising the need to create a more supportive framework for this sector, the Australian Institute of Company Directors, in collaboration with KPMG, developed the Directing Growth Program to assist business owners to develop a roadmap for growth.

The program aims to aid the development of good governance structures, deliver a roadmap for growth and provide tools business owners need to support their long-term viability.
