KPMG’s global network of firms has been recognised as an ALM Intelligence Vanguard Leader in the field of change management, in the Change Management Consulting report from international market research firm ALM Intelligence.

The comprehensive report, from the group formerly known as Kennedy Consulting Research & Advisory, analyses and evaluates firms that deliver consulting services in Change Management. Each firm is assessed for its breadth and depth of service capabilities, as well as its momentum in the market, the experience of leadership and talent, and it’s thought leadership and research, among other criteria. An ALM Intelligence Vanguard Leader status is bestowed on only the strongest providers in the sector, and serves to indicate the recipient’s leadership in that market.

ALM Associate Director, Lead for HR Consulting Research, Liz DeVito, praised KPMG’s ability to connect client issues with effective strategies and solutions.

“Driving change can require up to two-thirds of a leader’s time and requires a number of new skills,” he said. “While we believe that these are eminently teachable the reality is that leadership development programs typically don’t cover them.”
