Sean is a leader in KPMG's Digital Consulting practice specialising in the telecommunications and media industry. Sean has more than 15 years of experience in management consulting across Asia Pacific and the UK. As a consultant, Sean has led engagements for large organisations ranging from digital, media and technology strategy design through to complex program implementation and delivery. More recently his focus has been on cross-industry innovation, customer experience and organisational change. Sean helps bridge the gap between business and technology and helps organisations to drive optimisation and performance change.
