Rachel works with ASX200 Boards and human resources professionals across a broad range of executive reward, governance and succession issues. She focuses on executive remuneration within financial services, technology and fintech for both public and unlisted companies.

Rachel’s commercial analytical experience along with her background in finance and economics helps her to understand the core drivers of her clients’ businesses, and the broader macroeconomic factors at play within their industries.

She is experienced in the design and implementation of fit-for-purpose executive remuneration frameworks which support talent, cultural and strategic objectives, and has a deep understanding of domestic and international emerging remuneration trends.

As a practising Australian lawyer, Rachel has a robust understanding of the broader corporate governance and regulatory frameworks that underpin the Australian public company landscape. She assists clients within the financial services industry to implement the executive remuneration aspects of APRA's Prudential Standard CPS511 (and CPG511), as well as the BEAR/FAR.

Prior to KPMG, Rachel worked for a board advisory practice.
