Anne is a real estate, construction and infrastructure specialist with significant experience in transaction management (including bid management for the private sector), infrastructure procurement, strategy development and commercial and financial advisory in respect to complex real estate, construction and infrastructure projects.
Prior to joining KPMG in 2016, Anne held senior executive roles with NSW Government and a number of private sector organisations including Lendlease, Leighton Contractors (now CBP) and Suez Environement. In these roles, Anne was pivotal to the development and delivery of a significant number of property, construction and infrastructure projects ranging from a value of $50m to $10+ billion, had responsibility for the management of commercial risk issues for one of the largest construction portfolios in the Southern Hemisphere and responsibility for the management of one of the largest operational property portfolios in the Southern Hemisphere with a value of more than $7 billion.
Most recently, Anne held the role of Executive General Manager, Commercial & Risk/Executive General Manager Strategy for Lendlease’s construction business and had responsibility for the commercial performance, commercial risk management and structuring and financial management for projects in conversion and delivery.
Anne has been involved in the development, bid/transaction management and delivery of hundreds of property and construction projects (commercial, industrial and residential) and over 30 social and economic projects delivered under a public-private partnership model for both government and the private sector. She has led the strategy development and implementation for a number of significant contracting and property businesses across the private and public sectors.
