Mark joined the Sustainability team in 2006 in the provision of sustainability report advisory and assurance services across a wide range of industries and businesses. He brings deep experience in assurance over sustainability reporting and in the development of strategy, targets and data capture and reporting processes.
He is the lead author of the Responsible Investment Association of Australasia (RIAA) Responsible Investment Benchmark survey. The report investigates the funds under management and the types of responsible investment approaches adopted by asset managers in Australia and NZ.
Mark is a key member of KPMG’s Better Business Reporting group that provides both guidance and assurance of Integrated Reporting and was the co-author of KPMG’s thought leadership Capital markets in the dark; an unsustainable state of play that investigates the links between sustainability reporting and the needs of the capital markets.
