Sophie has more than 6 years’ experience working in talent acquisition and recruitment. She started her career as an agency recruiter, working for a multinational human resource consulting firm. Sophie specialised in recruiting business support and human resource roles for various FMCG clients. Sophie also held a Government Specialist Recruiter role which saw her involved in recruiting project officers for a number of ongoing infrastructure projects.
Sophie also has experience recruiting in the financial services sector at one of the ‘Big 4’ banks in Australia. Her key skills in this area include volume recruits, high-level administrative responsibility, and creating seamless workflows for the recruitment process.
Prior to this, Sophie was living and working in France where she gained broad human resource experience, event planning skills as well as first-hand exposure in project and sales management.
