Wayne has extensive experience in accounting, financial management, benchmarking and profit improvement processes for car dealerships.
Before setting up his own consulting practice, Wayne was the CEO and shareholder of the Dominelli Group, a mid-sized dealer group in Australia representing the Mazda, Nissan, Ford, Renault, Peugeot and Suzuki franchises.
Prior to entering automotive retail, Wayne was the Managing Director of the Deloitte Motor Industry Services Division, and Partner in Charge of the Profit Focus Division, which handles consulting, benchmarking and training services to car dealers.
Wayne started in the accounting profession in 1981, working and becoming a partner for Horwath, which merged to become Deloitte Australia in 2007. Wayne was part of the group that started the speciality in the automotive business in 1987, focusing totally on automotive-based clients. In 1994 the Profit Focus business was launched, creating the first benchmarks for the automotive industry in Australia. Wayne is a regular speaker at industry seminars and dealer groups.
